Chocolate Pumpkin Bliss Pudding

It’s a snow day here in New Jersey! I love days like today when I get to catch up on work and play in the kitchen because I can’t leave the house.

I’ve been wanting to share one of my favorite quick and EASY healthy desserts. So here it is! This pudding is very satisfying, creamy and delicious! I always make a variation of this pudding when I’m craving some chocolate. I feel better when I know I’m eating dessert that has high quality ingredients without the refined sugar, artificial ingredients, chemicals, GMOs, etc. I add cacao and chia seeds to this recipe for a boost of antioxidants, fiber and omega 3′s.

Chocolate Pumpkin Bliss Pudding

Serves: 1 to 2


  • 1 frozen banana

  • 4 TBS water

  • 5 TBS cooked pumpkin

  • 1 heaping TBS cacao powder

  • 1 TBS chia seeds

Blend all ingredients in a heavy duty blender or food processor. Add more water if needed. ENJOY!
